Warm pineapple with cinnamon (for 2 persons) Cost: 4€ / 2€ by person
1 pineapple "Victoria"
2tbsp. brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick, few pinches powder cinnamon
3tbsp. "Madera" wine
Prepare delicately pineapple: cut out two extremities, cut the skin as orange very thinly to take away less possible then with a little knife cut one by one pineapple's "eyes". Watch carefully the video. Cut in 4 parts (start from middle) and cut out the parts hard. Slice in medium pieces.
In pan put sugar with 1 teaspoon of water, honey, cinnamon stick and boil slowly for 5 min. Add pineapple, cinnamon powder and cook 5 min. slowly. In last minute deglaze with "Madera" wine.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
