Apple-Cinnamon Cake Cost: 3.25

2 apples

100g butter

2 eggs

60g brown sugar

125g flour with baking powder

1 lemon (organic)

1teasp. cinnamon

8cl milk, a pinch of salt

Peel, take out the core and slice the apples. Reserve.

In the bowl, mix eggs with sugar and butter. When this preparation becomes creamy add flour, lemon peel, pinch of salt and milk. Mix until you create the dough.

In the cake tin add a bit of oil with brush and some pinches of flour, then put in a third of dough, then apple slices and recover with the other part of dough.

Cook in the oven in 180 degrees Celsius for 40-45min.
