1 puff pastry

2 apples

1 packet of sugar with vanilla

Prepare apples: peel them and take out the core, cut in slices.

Put a little bit of oil or butter inside the stove and cook the apples during 10 minutes or the time they start to dissolve.

Let them to become cold and then add the sugar, mix carefully.

Open the pastry and with some glass, figure or knife create the oval. Put the apple preparation inside and close with the help of flour or with yolk of egg.

Cook the apple turnovers during 10-15 minutes in 200 degrees.

You can eat them warm or cold!
