Beef Goulash (for 5 persons) Cost: 10€ / 2€ by person
1kg beef's meat
2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic
400g tomato pulp
1 tablesp. paprika and flour
1 vegetable broth
1 tablesp. concentrate of tomato
few tablesp. thick cream
salt and black pepper
Prepare the meat - cut in regular medium dices and cook in very warm pan with some oil for 3 minutes on each side. Reserve.
Slice onions, chop garlic and cook with some oil in separate pot (example pressure cooker) for 5 minutes, add paprika powder and flour, mix. Add 600ml of water with vegetable broth. When start to boil, add meat dices from pan, tomato pulp and concentrate of tomato, salt, black pepper. Mix. If you have a pressure cooker close it and cook for 30 min. In regular pot, put the top and cook for 1 hour.
Peel potatoes, cut in big slices and add in goulash preparation, cook 30 minutes, mix sometimes.
In last minute add thick fresh cream and serve.
