Steak with "Roquette" salad (for 2 persons) Cost: 7 / 3.5 by person

200g x 2 pieces of steak

200g  "roquette" salad

2 tomatoes

salt and black pepper

a bit of olive oil

Take the pieces of steak, put the black pepper on both sides. Reserve for a moment. Then cook in the stove 2 minutes each side (or more if you like more cook).

Prepare the salad: clean the "roquette", cut in small pieces the tomatoes, take out the pips and mix in the separate bowl with olive oil.

Serve the steak warm with salad!
