Biscuits - Palmiers Cost: 1.5€
250g of puff pastry
30g brown sugar
2tbsp. cinnamon powder
20g dissolved butter
Take the puff pastry ready to use or in bloc then you need rolling pin.
In the little bowl mix brown sugar with cinnamon and then put this preparation generously on the pastry.
Very important is to follow my movement to fold the pastry in the video and in any case smth. is wrong put pastry for 15 min. in the fridge to start again.
after palmiers are cut and placed corectly on the baking paper, add with brush some dissolved butter and cook for 15mn. in 180 degrees Celsius.
Enjoy warm or cold!
