150g sugar

100g butter

180g flour

200g chocolate 70% cacao

2 eggs

7g vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

80g nuts

1/2 teaspoon salt

Dissolve chocolate with butter in double boiler and reserve in big bowl. Add sugars, salt and then 2 eggs. Mix delicately.

Filter the flour and add little by little. Mix.

In the mortar or mixer cut the nuts and add to the preparation, mix.

In the cake tin put some oil with brush and some pinches of flour then put the preparation of brownies inside.

Cook the brownies in oven 180 degrees C for 30-35min.

Let rest in cake tin for 30min, then take out and let to become cold before to cut in pieces.
