Cake Brioche (for 6 persons) Cost: 2.2 / 0.36 by person

200g butter

250g flour

2 eggs

10g yeast

2,5cl milk

30-50g sugar

6g salt

In the little pot warm up the milk with yeast, dissolve the yeast.

In the mixer put the flour, salt and sugar. Mix few seconds. Add the milk with yeast. Mix few seconds. Add the eggs one by one. Mix 1 minute.

The butter have to be cut in pieces and soft, now add to the preparation. Mix few minutes.

Reserve the dough in the bowl, put the towel on and keep during 30 minutes in the warm place.

Then put the dough in cake tin, put the towel on and keep again for 30 minutes in the warm place.

When the cake tin is full, cook the brioche in the oven in 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

Before to exit the cake, check if it's cook with the knife. Pick the knife inside the cake till the end, if the knife is clean the brioche is ready.
