Apple-Chestnut Cake (for 4 persons) Cost: 2€ / 0.5€ by person

150g flour

50g chestnut flour

100g sugar

2 eggs

1 packet baking powder

1 packet vanilla’s sugar

75g butter

2 apples

In the little pot dissolve butter, reserve.

In the separate bowl put the flour, filter the chestnut flour, add baking powder, sugar, vanilla’s sugar and mix carefully together.

Add dissolved butter, mix. Add eggs, mix till you get preparation homogeneous. Reserve.

Prepare the apples: peel them, cut in two parts, take out the core and cut each part in two.

In the vessel (special for oven) put oil with the brush. Add ½ of preparation, put one or two levels of apples and then cover with second half of preparation.

Cook in the oven 180 degrees for 45-50 min.
