Crunchy chicken legs with sesame seeds (for 2 persons) Cost: 4 / 2 by person

6 chicken legs

2 teaspoons of honey

mixture of spices: 1 tablespoon chili pepper and 1/2 teaspoon curry

4 tablespoon of sesame seeds

pinch of salt

some oil

In the pan put some oil and start to cook the chicken legs during 5 min.

In mortar put chili pepper, curry and salt. Press very well and reserve.

Turn the chicken legs and cook 5 min more, then add honey, mixture of spices and 5cl of water. Cook 10 minutes.

In separate plate with sesame seeds, roll each chicken leg and serve with some ketchup.
