1.2kg chicken

2kg big salt

1 cup water

2 tablespoons flour

1 white of egg

Prepare the chicken: clean it with cold water, take away the internal organs and dry with absorbing paper.

With a piece of string bind the chicken.

In the big bowl put the big salt, white of egg, flour and water, mix all ingredients together.

In the large cake tin put in round the aluminum paper, fix it. First level add few spoons of salt then put chicken inside and cover the chicken with salt.

Cook in the oven for 1h in 250 degrees Celsius.
