Chicken sauté with coriander sauce  Cost: 2.5€

15g fresh coriander

1tbsp. of flour

2-3 chicken filets ~150g each

1 pot of white yoghurt without sugar

few tbsp. of liquid cream

170ml chicken broth

2 cloves of garlic, 2 shallots

1 tomato, salt and pepper

Flatten the chicken filets and cook in the pan with a bit of oil for 4-5 min. on each side. Reserve in warm.

Prepare the sauce: Chop shallots with garlic and cook for 5 min in chicken broth.

In separate bowl mix flour with cream and yoghurt, then add with broth. When sauce start to boil, add chopped coriander and fresh tomato cut in little cubes. Mix and serve the sauce on chicken filets.
