Chicory Salad with Roquefort cheese (for 3 persons) Cost: 4.5 / 1.5 by person

2 chicories

150g Roquefort cheese

1teasp. balsamic and 1 teasp. cider vinegar

2-3tbsp. rape oil

50g fresh walnuts

black pepper, fresh parsley

Prepare the sauce: in separate bowl put rape oil, black pepper, balsamic and cider vinegars and mix carefully for few minutes. Reserve.

Broken the fresh walnuts and reserve the fruits. Take away the first chicory leaves and separate all others one by one in the presentation dish.

Cut in sticks Roquefort cheese and put one in each chicory leave with a piece of walnut and parsley leave. Add sauce on and enjoy!
