Chocolate Truffles (for 2 persons) Cost: 2€ / 1€ by person
140g of chocolate 70% cacao
30g of butter
10g of sugar
25g of cacao without sugar
5cl of cream
Put the chocolate in double boiler (bain marie). When the chocolate is dissolved, add the butter, mix.
Take away from warm, add sugar and cream. Mix all.
Put in the fridge during 1 hour.
Then create the truffles like a little balls and roll inside the cacao.
Reserve them on the cooking paper and you can keep during 3 days inside the fridge.
