Chocolate-Yoghurt Cake (for 4 persons) Cost: 3 / 0.75 by person

100g black chocolate

2tbsp. flour, 1tbsp. cacao

50-80g brown sugar

40g almond powder

125g white yoghurt

40g butter

2 eggs

In double boiler dissolve the chocolate with butter. Reserve in the bowl, then add eggs one by one, sugar, cacao, yoghurt, flour and almond powder. Mix carefully during you add all these ingredients.

In the cake tin add some oil with brush and some pinches of flour. Put the preparation (dough) in cake tin and cook in 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40min.
