125g liquid honey

peel of 1 lemon

1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder

1,5 teaspoons of cinnamon powder

70g brown sugar

250g flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

100g soft butter

2 pinches of salt

In the bowl or mixer put the butter, honey and brown sugar and mix to get creamy this preparation.

In the separate bowl mix the flour with spices, salt and lemon peel.

Put the dry preparation inside the cream and mix delicately to get the cookie dough. Then put for 2 hours in the fridge.

With rolling pin spread the dough 1/2cm thin and with different Christmas forms cut out the cookies.

Cook the cookies for 8-10 minutes in oven 180 degrees Celsius.
