Zucchini (Courgette) Gratin  Cost: 2.5 for 3 persons

700g zucchini (courgettes)

25cl milk

40g grated cheese

1tbsp corn flour

1 clove of garlic

2 eggs

few branches of parsley

salt, pepper, nutmeg

Peel a bit the courgettes, slice them and cook in the pan (or pot) with a bit of oil for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper, cover the pan with top.

In separate pot put the cold milk, start the heath and slowly add corn flower. Don't stop to mix until the sauce starts to boil, take away and add the grated cheese. Let to cool.

Chop garlic and parsley leaves, add to courgettes after 5 min of cooking.

In the bowl mix the eggs with nutmeg, then add cool sauce, mix carefully.

In the gratin plate (or cake tin), with brush ad some oil and 2/3 of courgettes preparation, then add the sauce preparation and finish with courgettes. Cook the gratin in 180 degrees Celsius for 35 min.
