Curry Lamb Stew (for 3 persons) Cost: 17€ / 5.7€ by person
1kg boneless lamb
2 yoghurts nature
2 cloves of garlic
3 teasp. curry powder
few pinches of salt
Cut in big cubes boneless lamb. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
In the pot add few tablesp. of vegetable oil, add lamb cubes and cook for 5 minutes. When the lamb is brown, take out and reserve in the dish. Add chopped onions and garlic in the pot, cook for few minutes, then add back lamb, add curry powder, 15-25cl water, salt, white yoghurts. Put the top on the pot and cook slowly for 1h30m. Mix up sometimes and in case add a bit of water.
Serve with streamed rice.
