200g chocolate 70% cacao

40g sugar

3 tablespoons whipped cream

60g nuts

Prepare the nuts: cut them in morel little pieces (if you like grill them a bit on the warm stove few minutes). Reserve.

Dissolve the chocolate in double boiler, add the sugar and continue to keep on the warm till the sugar dissolves.

Take away of warm, add the whipped cream and nuts (some of them reserve for decoration). Mix together.

On the baking paper create the little chocolate, decorate with nuts.

Put in the fridge minimum for 2 hours.
