Dessert with Apricots (for 2 persons) Cost: 1.6€/0.8€ by person
120g of dry apricots
5 spoons of white yogurt
To Decorate: some grated chocolate
Put the apricot inside the mixer, add 5 spoons of water and mix it until appears regular pulp. Reserve it in the bowl.
Crush the banana and add to the apricots.
Mix all and add yogurt.
About egg: separate white with yolk. Add the yolk inside the preparation with apricots, banana and yogurt. Mix carefully.
Beat up the white of egg until it's becoming compact. Put inside the bowl with other ingredients. Mix all.
Grate the chocolate on!
