Spicy exotic Turkey stew (for 2 persons) Cost: 6 / 3.5 by person

700g turkey scallops (filets)

3 shallots, 1 clove of garlic

1 mango fruit, 3 pineapple slices

fresh ginger root

1 teasp. curry powder, 1/2 teasp. turmenic

25cl vegetable broth, 10cl cream

salt, black pepper, oil to cook

Peel mango fruit and pineapple, cut these fruits in cubes. Reserve.

Slice turkey's scallops and cook in the pan to brown the meat. Reserve.

Peel and grate thinly ginger root. Reserve.

Peel and chop shallots with garlic, cook in the separate pan for 5 minutes with few tbsp. of oil and spices - curry, turmenic and ginger. Add mango and pineapple cubes, vegetable broth, cream. Cook 5 minutes.

Add turkey slices and cook this preparation for 10 minutes. Serve with streamed rice. Enjoy!
