Mediterranean Fish Soup (for 2 persons) Cost: Free, thanks the Friend!
500g of fish from rock
1 big tomato
2 cloves of garlic
70cl of water
salt and pepper
Prepare the fish: scale them and take away the internal organs. Reserve on the absorbing paper.
Cut tomato in big and regular pieces, take away the core and grains.
Cut also the onions.
Inside the pot put the oil and fish, cook them during 3 minutes.
Then add tomatoes, onions and garlic. Cook all during 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper. Put the water. Cover the pot with top and cook during 20 minutes on the slowly warm.
Then prepare vegetable shredder. Put little by little soup inside and turn.
ADVISE! Never mix the soup with mixer!
If you wish add the saffron and it's ready to serve!
