1 bloc cooked foie gras

fresh corn salad

balsamic vinegar

quince jam or marmalade

Slice the foie gras (50g each piece)

Clean and dry the corn salad, start to put in the dish.

Put in middle of salad a slice of foie gras.

Add to the salad a bit of balsamic vinegar.

On the foie gras put a bit of quince jam and fleur de sel.
