Fonadant au Chocolat (for 3 persons) Cost: 2.2€ / 0.73€ by person
1 pinch of salt
150g chocolate (80% cacao)
2 tablespoons of water
15cl cream fresh
In double boiler dissolve the chocolate.
In the separate bowl mix 2 eggs with sugar and pinch of salt.
Add the dissolved chocolate, cream, 2 tablespoons of water and add flour little by little. Mix.
Prepare the little vessels: with brush put the oil and a bit of flour then fill up with preparation.
Cook in the oven in 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
