Frangipane (for 5 persons) Cost: 6 / 1.2 by person

2 rolls puff pastry(2x250g)

10g icing sugar

1 yolk

For the cream: 80g butter

80g sugar

2 eggs

150g almonds in powder

2 tablespoons of flour

Prepare the cream: take the butter (very soft) and add the sugar. Mix very well till the moment the butter absorb the sugar. Add the eggs one by one. Mix. Add the almonds in powder and flour. Mix all and reserve in the fridge.

Take 1 puff pastry: cut the round more little (example 27cm).

With the brush put the oil inside the pie place, then put the more little puff pastry.

In the middle put the cream and the little statues. Cover with the second pastry more bigger.

Stick them with butter. 

In the separate bowl, take one egg, mix it and with the brush put on the the frangipane. Put also one little hole in the middle. Reserve the cake in the fridge from 15 till 30 minutes.

Cook in 200 degrees for 10 minutes and then 20 minutes in 180 degrees.

Exit from the oven and reserve on the little grill, to dry, serve little bit warm!

Attention at the little statues, eat slowly!
