1kg potatoes

1,5l vegetable oil

some salt

Prepare the potatoes: peel them and cut in form of frits. Reserve them on the absorbing paper.

Put the oil in the pot and warm up it.

When the oil is warm, put the potatoes inside and cook during 4 to 7 minutes depends of your taste.

Reserve them on the absorbing paper few moments, put the salt on and your frits are ready.

When the oil is cold, reserve it in separate and closed pot for next 2-3 times.
