1 kg tomatoes

1 cucumber

1 clove of garlic

1/2 red pepper

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

salt, pepper

1 onion

Prepare the tomatoes: cut cross on the top of each tomato and put in the boiled water for 10 seconds, exit and put them in cold water and then in colander.

Peel each tomato, cut in 4 parts and with teaspoon take away the seeds. Reserve the juice with seeds from tomatoes and filter it.

Peel cucumber, cut in 2, take away the seeds and slice in medium regular pieces. Reserve the cucumber with tomatoes.

Slice garlic and onion.

Peel red pepper, exit the seeds and reserve with other vegetables. Add salt and black pepper.

Put all vegetables in mixer, start to mix slowly and then add olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Reserve in bowl and put in the fridge minimum for 3 hours.

Serve cold!
