800g potatoes

200g-300g flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 yolk

Clean the potatoes and put in the pot, cover with cold water and boil 30 minutes. Check with the knife before to take out from water.

Potatoes are very warm that's why take the towel and peel them. Reserve in the bowl.

Cut the potatoes in more little pieces, mash, add salt and yolk, then little by little flour.

Mix very well with the hand creating the dough ball.

On the table put the flour, create the big sausage, then cut in pieces and with each piece create more little sausage. Cut in little pieces.

With the folk create each gnocchi.

To don't stick use all the time the flour.

Cook in big volume of water during 2 minutes.
