Gratin Dauphinois (for 2 persons) Cost: 1.2€ / 0.6€ by person
500g of potatoes
25cl of milk
20cl of cream fresh
nutmeg powder (muscade)
salt and pepper
Prepare the potatoes: peel and slice them in regular peaces.
In the pot put the butter, potatoes and start to mix during 1 minute. Then add the milk, nutmeg powder, salt and pepper. The milk have to cover the potatoes.
Cook slowly during 8 minutes.
Add the cream fresh and cook slowly during 5 minutes.
Put in the vessel, turn on the oven 180 degrees Celsius and cook the preparation during 20-30 minutes.
