1 lettuce salad

100g "pourpier" salad

15 radishes

few branches of parsley

1-2 cloves of garlic

white bread for croutons

salt, black pepper

balsamic vinegar, olive oil

Preparation of croutons: cut the bread regularly and enough thinly. Grate with peeled garlic clove. Warm up strongly the pan with few tbsp. of vegetable oil, add bread slices and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Reserve on absorbing paper. Attention! Keep an eye on croutons to don't burn it!

Clean in big volume of water the salads and radishes. Slice the lettuce leaves and radishes. Reserve in the bowl.

Separately mix 2 tbsp. of olive oil with 1 teasp. of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Add to salad preparation and mix. Serve in dishes with croutons around. Enjoy!
