Ham Olive Cake (for 5 persons)  Cost: 5

180g flour

1 teasp. baking powder

2 eggs

100g grated hard cheese

10cl oil + 10cl milk

50g black olives

350g thick cooked ham

salt and pepper

Dice the ham, take out from olives the nut and slice also. Reserve each ingredients in separate plates.

Put in flour the baking powder and mix carefully.

In separate bowl add eggs, salt, pepper, oil and milk. Mix. Then add flour preparation. Mix. Add grated cheese, ham and a part of olives. Mix.

In cake tin put a bit of oil with brush and few pinches of flour, then delicately add cake's preparation and decorate with black olives (or sliced almonds). Cook in the oven for 50mn in 180 degrees Celsius.
