"La Poutine" specialty from Mediterranean sea Cost: 18 for 3 persons

350g "la poutine' 

1 shallot

1 clove of garlic

1/2l of water

pinch of salt, black pepper

1/2 teasp. olive oil

"La poutine" - it's possible to buy it to your fish merchant in special moment of half January. They are very young fish, mix of sardines and anchovy.

Ask your fish merchant and verify if inside "la Poutine" are some seaweeds, take away.

Prepare the broth: in the pot put the water and when start to boil add sliced shallot and clove of garlic, let to cook slowly 5 min.

Add salt and pepper and very delicately with help of fork put the fish, cook ~1 minute, (just time for the young fish to become white) serve, add olive oil and enjoy immediately!
