Vegetable Lasagna with pumpkin and spinach (for 3 persons)  Cost: 2 by person

500g fresh spinach (or freezing)

1kg pumpkin

200g ricotta cheese

6 tbsp. fresh cream

12 leaves of pasta special for lasagna

40g grated hard cheese

1 clove of garlic

salt, pepper, nutmeg, a bit of oil

In the big volume of boiled water with salt cook the fresh spinach for 1 mn and immediately reserve them in colander.

Peel and cut in little cubes the pumpkin and then cook in the pan with few tbsp. of oil for 25mn.

In the big volume of water cook pasta leaves for 5 minutes and then reserve them one by one on the towel.

In the separate bowl mix together ricotta cheese, cream fresh, salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic.

In the plate for "gratin" start to build the lasagna: first lasagna leaves, then spinach and sauce, lasagna leaves, pumpkins and sauce ect. and finish with grated cheese.

Cook in the oven 200 degrees Celsius for 30mn.
