800g pig's meat

3 slices of bread

1 medium onion

salt, pepper

some oil for pan

Prepare the meat: choose pig's meat little bit with fat. Cut in cubes.

In the separate bowl cover bread with water (or milk) and let few minutes.

Peel onion and cut it in big pieces, reserve with meat.

Take out the bread and press if very well to exit the liquid and reserve with meat.

In mixer mince the preparation with meat. 

With tablespoon create the meatballs and cook in the pan for 5 minutes on each side.
