Leek Tart (for 4 persons) Cost: 4€ / 1€ by person
500g fresh leeks
4 tablespoons of white dry vine
100g raw ham
20cl liquid cream
100g hard cheese
salt, pepper, nutmeg
1 short crust pastry
Prepare the leek: clean and slice. Put the oil in pan and cook the leek during 10 minutes, mix often.
Cut in little pieces the ham, grate the cheese.
In the bowl put two eggs, cream, pepper, salt and nutmeg, mix with fork very delicately.
When the leeks are ready add the wine, continue cook for 5 minutes without top. Then add to the preparation with eggs.
Take the tart tin and put inside the short crust pastry. With the fork pick in it.
Put the preparation inside and cook the tart in 180 degrees Celsius during 25-35 minutes.
Enjoy warm or cold!
