4 medium size limes

1 liter of water

100g sugar

Boil water.

Take limes, clean and brush in cold water. Cut 1 lime in half and reserve this half for decoration. Peel the skin and press juice of all other limes. Reserve in separate bowls.

Add in the boiled water lemon peel, put top on and let to rest for 30 minutes.

Filter to take away the peel. Put in the pot the liquid, add sugar and lime juice and continue to warm to dissolve sugar. Cool the squash and reserve in fridge for 2 hours before to serve!
