Lime Tart (for 4 persons) Cost: 5€ / 1.25€ by person
1 short crust pastry (~350g)
3 eggs (just yolks)
380ml condensed milk with or without sugar
Take the tart tin, put in with brush some oil and few pinches of flour, then put inside short crust pastry, adjust and cook inside the oven in 180 degrees Celsius for 10min.
Separate the yolks and whites, grate the skin of 2 lemons and press 120ml of juice.
Add sugar in condensed milk, start to work with electric whisk, add the yolks, continue the work for few minutes, add lemon juice.
Put this preparation in the tart tin on pastry and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
Before to enjoy put the tart in fridge for 2h!
