4 mackerels (~1kg)

1 lemon

1 fennel

4 tablespoons oil

salt, pepper

Prepare the mackerels: take out the internal organs, hearings, clean with cold water and dry with absorbing paper.

Slice the fennel and lemon.

Put the each fish in separate baking paper, add salt, pepper and oil, then mass.

Put the lemon and fennel pieces in the fish. Close the baking paper.

Cook in 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

Serve warm!
