Melon Surprise (for 2 persons) Cost: 7€ / 3.5€ by person
1 melon "charentais"
few branches of fresh mint
200g prawn already cooked
5 thin slices raw ham "Parma"
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
Cut melon horizontally 1/3 from the top, with teaspoon take out the seeds. With "melon baller" empty the melon creating a little balls, reserve them in separate plate.
Clean prawn, take away head, skin and cut a bit in back to take out intestinal organs. Half of quantity cut in dices.
Cut in half the raw ham and create rolls.
Chop thinly mint leaves, mix vinegar with oil and add to melon balls.
Start to prepare the surprise: in empty melon add a part of melon balls, prawn dices, raw ham rolls and so on.
