80g of chocolate 70% cacao

1 egg (yolk and white separate)

1,5 tablesp. of sugar

1/2 tablesp. of cacao

10cl of cream

Put the chocolate in double boiler (bain marie). When the chocolate is dissolved, take away from pot.

In the separate bowl, put the yolk with sugar and mix a lot, add cacao and mix again.

Whip the cream and beat up the white of eggs.

Add to the chocolate all the ingredients and mix very carefully. Put inside the fridge during 5 hours.
