Cream of Paris mushrooms (for 2 persons) Cost: 2.1€ / 1.05€ by person
300g of mushrooms (kind "Paris")
1 glass of milk
1/2 cube of chicken broth
some liquid cream
some vegetable oil
salt and pepper
Prepare the mushrooms: take the brush and clean the mushrooms. Advice: never clean with water cultivated mushrooms. Then cut them in 4 pieces
Chop the onion.
Put the oil inside the pot with onions, cook them and then put mushrooms.
Keep cooking for few minutes and then put milk and water, quantity to cover the mushrooms.
Boil the soup slowly during 15 minutes (Attention! don't put top on the pot).
Mix the soup with mixer, add cream, salt and pepper.
