Mussels style "Marinières" (for 2 persons) Cost: 4.5€ / 2.25€ by person
1,5kg mussel 'Bouchot' fresh
1 tbsp. of vegetable oil
1 glass of white vine dry
5 brunches of parsley
1 clove of garlic
Prepare the mussel, clean them in big volume of water, take away the open and broken mussels. Reserve them in colander.
Slice in medium pieces the shallots, chop the parsley, press the garlic.
In the pot put the oil, shallots, mussels, vine, garlic and half of parsley.
Cover the pot, put the warm strong and cook the mussels during 3-5 minutes. Turn very often.
When the mussels are open, they are ready to serve. Add the second half of parsley.
