Veal's Osso buco (for 3 persons) Cost: 2.5 / 1.25 Cost: 2.5 / 1.25 by person

800g shin of veal

40g butter

2 bay leaves, 3 cloves of garlic

1 big onion

2 tbsp. flour

1/2 vegetable broth organic

200g tomato pulp

10cl white vine dry

fresh parsley, salt and pepper

Prepare veal: roll in flour from all sides. Dissolve in the pot the butter and cook the veal from all sides for 5 minutes. 

Chop onion, add in the pot with veal, cook for few minutes. Add white vine, let the stream to exit for 2 minutes, then add 50cl water with vegetable broth, garlic cloves, bay leaves, tomato pulp, salt and black pepper. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 30min. In case of regular pot, put the top and cook for 1h-1h20min.

Open the pot, exit the veal, reserve in warm place. Add 1 tablesp. of flour, mix and add fresh chopped parsley.

Serve with fresh pasta!
