2 round breads

2 tomatoes

1 new onion white

2 hard boiled eggs

1 long green pepper

olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

2-3 filets of anchovy in salt

8 black olives

some basil

Cut the bread in two half, take a bit away the part white and soft inside, then scrape with garlic and add some oil on.

Slice the tomatoes, onion and pepper. Put first the tomatoes then onion slices and peppers.

Cut in two the egg, add on.

Stone the olives, add 4 by bread.

Clean very carefully anchovy, take out the bones and add on the eggs.

Chop the basil, add on.

As a last touch put some olive oil. Cover with other side and serve immediately.
