Panna Cotta (for 4 persons) Cost: 5€ / 1.25€ by person
450ml cream fresh
4 tablespoons sugar
1 vanilla pod
3 pieces of gelatin
250g red fruits
In the separate bowl with cold water put the gelatin leaves, the water have to cover them. Reserve.
Prepare the vanilla: cut the vanilla pod in two and grate inside. Add to the cream.
Put the cream with vanilla in the pot, add sugar, mix and when start to boil, keep 3 minutes.
Take away of fire and add the gelatin (press them before, gelatin have to be without water). Mix till the moment the gelatin dissolves.
Put in the 4 individual vessels and keep for min. 2 hours in the fridge.
To take out of the vessel, keep it for few minutes in warm water.
Serve with red fruits!
