250g flour

12g yeast

1 glass of tepid water

3 tablespoons of oil

1 teaspoon of salt

In the separate little bowl dissolve the yeast with water.

In the bigger bowl put the flour and salt, mix. Then put inside the yeast with water and oil. Mix.

Take the dough outside of bowl and work with it during 5 minutes.

Put in the bowl, cover with a towel and keep during 45-60 minutes in 25 degrees.

When the dough is double volume, take out from the bowl and with the rolling pin create your own pizza.

Cook 15-25 minutes in 200 degrees Celsius.
