Pig's filet in cream sauce, mashed potatoes and broccoli (for 3 persons) Cost: 7.75€ / 2.58€ by person
1 pig’s filet ~500g
20cl liquid cream
Salt and pepper
First step: peel the potatoes, cut in 4, put in the pot, cover with cold water and cook during 20min. Take away water, reserve a bit in separate cup. Mash potatoes with special masher, add 5cl cream, a bit of potato water, salt and pepper (optionally some butter). Mix well and reserve in warm place.
Cook the pig’s filet in pan with a bit of oil on both sides during 10 min. Slice onions and add to the filet. Cook 10-15min. and then add the cream (15cl). Cook 5 min.
About the broccoli: clean it and separate the each flour and cook in big volume of salt water during 5 min.
Serve the filet, with mashed potatoes, broccoli and sauce. Enjoy!
