Potato salad with smoked salmon ( for 4 persons) Cost: 4.2 / 1.05 by person

800g potatoes

1/2 white fresh onion

200g smoked salmon

garden peas

6 tablespoons vegetable broth

2 teaspoons mustard

20cl cream fresh

125g white yogurt without sugar

salt, pepper

1 hard boiled egg

Clean the potatoes, keep the skin, put in the pot with water and boil them for 40 minutes.

Take out potatoes, take the towel and peel the skin. Cut in dices and reserve in the bowl.

Chop the onion and put with potatoes. Prepare the vegetable broth with mustard and add to the potatoes. Let rest few moments to cool.

Cut smoked salmon in dices, add to the potatoes and garden peas (cooked).

In the separate bowl mix cream with yogurt and add to the salad. Mix all together.

Cut the egg and decorate the salad.
