180g self rising flour

3 eggs

100g sugar

150g butter

2 teasp. cacao

Dissolve butter, reserve to cool. Separate whites and yolks.

In big bowl put yolks with sugar, mix strongly.

Beat up strongly whites. Reserve.

Add dissolved butter in bowl with yolks, little by little add flour and in the end whites of eggs. Mix delicately.

Divide the dough in two bowls and add in the one part the cacao, mix.

Put in the cake thin two preparations and cook for 35-40 min in 180 degrees Celsius.
