250g of shortcrust pastry

200g of smoked bacon

2 eggs

60cl of liquid cream

some butter or oil

salt and pepper

Slice the bacon and cook in pan during 10 minutes, but don't let to dry the bacon. Reserve in the bowl.

Oil the pie place and put inside the pastry. Prick the pastry with the folk.

Inside the bowl with the bacon, add the eggs, salt and pepper and cream. With folk delicately mix all and put inside the pastry.

Cook in the oven during 25 minutes in 200 degrees Celsius.
